Welcome

I’m so glad you’re here.

Here, Care isn’t Promised. It’s Proven.

  • PERSONALLY INVESTED

I’m not just a therapist you meet with— I’m your therapist. I take the time to know you, to walk with you over time, and to build the trust that makes lasting work possible.

  • Small by Design

I keep my practice intentionally small and steady, so I can know my clients fully — and hold their stories with the kind of care and attention that real lives deserve.

  • BEYOND THE SURFACE

This isn’t symptom-chasing or surface-level work. It’s therapy for people who need more than checklists — a place for real depth, clarity, and lasting change.

You’re not just another client. I’m not just another therapist.

I’m your therapist— and your trust is my responsibility.

what if

the way we do therapy is… outdated?

Let’s talk about something nobody questions enough:

Why is therapy one 50-minute session, once a week?

Who decided that was the magic number?

Where’s the research saying it’s the ideal structure for change, healing, and growth?

Answer: There really isn’t any.

Therapy works. We can’t argue the research that proves it.

But the model structure by which we implement it is not the change factor in itself.

The modern work week is not based on trauma recovery.

The parameters around planning are not based on respecting your nervous system or on how memory consolidation works.

It’s just… what we do.

A system born from scheduling convenience, billing systems, and 20th-century logistics—not brain science.

But what if we’ve all just been trying to do transformative work within a structure that wasn’t designed for it?

You’re not broken. The structure is.

And the good news?

We can change the structure.

What if we did IT differently?

What if therapy didn’t live in a once-a-week box?

What if:

  • Your therapist could attend to your process between sessions (in clinically appropriate ways)

  • There was a way to connect the space in between

  • Your therapist could reinforce your growth in real time

  • Your therapist could be a part of your integration process—not just your reprocessing

The small shifts. The pauses. The patterns. The stumbles and second tries.

The time between sessions is not just empty space—it’s where integration happens.

Where neural pathways are either reinforced or left to fade.

Therapy Works

But Maybe It’s Working Despite the Structure—

not because of it

I’m SHIFTING because I’ve seen what’s possible when we allow therapy to stretch into the spaces that science, practice, and lived experience tell us matter most.

And I want to offer that to the people I work with—guided by evidence, grounded in ethics, and deeply human.

This is me—inviting that conversation.

If this approach resonates with you, I’d love to hear your thoughts.

the meaning

Om speaks to beginnings:
the breath, the resonance, the foundational wavelength that moves through all time — across traditions, across disciplines, across lives.

Omega reflects culmination:
the ultimate point, the fulfillment and highest expression.
It holds the embrace of all experiences — and the quiet completion of all things.

Where the work no longer builds potential, but fulfills it.

The infinity symbol reflects the process itself —
where unique lives meet, shaping and reshaping one another, and continually bend toward one another, again and again.

And at the center is the the intersection —
where connection is born — striking a distinct chord in each of us: of our needs, our fears, our longings.

The outer ring holds it: a reminder of what endures — the truth and certainty that give shape to what cannot be contained.

OMega is more than a name.
It’s an invitation — to step into the practice.

The practice of showing up.
The practice of entering the arena.
The practice of trust.

Together

We were never made to go it alone.

 FAQs

  • I’m physically based in the Charlotte/Lake Norman area of North Carolina.

Most of my work is virtually based, allowing me to serve my clients, who are currently located across the U.S., through PSYPACT authorization, with flexible and discretionary needs.

For established clients in the Charlotte area, I can offer limited in-person flexibility for nuanced needs or specialized services.

Virtual work allows for real-life integration and flexibility — but for individualized needs of established clients, I’m able to adapt.

  • In structure — yes. In intention — it’s about something deeper.

This is a boutique practice in the truest sense: intentionally small, highly personalized, and structured to offer the kind of attuned, enduring care that simply isn’t possible in high-volume models.

But the heart behind it is different — this isn’t about exclusivity, or polish over substance.

It’s about what I believe care should look like. The reality is: this kind of care requires that I hold the responsibility of what I am trying to create with integrity — and the real time, energy, and focus it takes to honor it.

So yes, it’s boutique and concierge. But not because I think therapy should be out of reach— but because I show up best in the ways that it can reach farther, deeper, and more honestly than most systems allow. It’s not about being exclusive — it’s about being all-in.

  • I highly value insurance-based therapy — and the clinicians working hard within those systems.
But the practice I’ve built — the ways I’ve learned that I show up best — follows a different path.

I believe there’s a needed place for all of it. This practice primarily leans into following the work that leads us — and away from volume-based metrics. Here, the work is led by your needs, your timing, and real mechanisms that respect real rhythms— not by billing codes, session limits, or outside timelines.

All services are offered on a private pay basis. If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill you’re welcome to submit for possible reimbursement.

  • Most clients begin meeting at least weekly — but I don't believe in therapy built by habit or outdated structure.

The people I work with are usually busy, motivated, and ready for real work — and I honor that with flexibility and intentionality from the start. Some begin with more than once a week. Some begin with extended 90-minute sessions.

Frequency and structure are tailored to your needs, your process, and your life — and they adapt as you grow.

The work leads. Not the calendar.
