INTERPERSONAL NEUROBIOLOGY— the Architecture of change.
My work is grounded in the principles of interpersonal neurobiology and developmental neuroscience — honoring what science and physics tell us about attachment relationships and how the brain actually grows, adapts, and heals.
Real change doesn’t happen because a calendar says it should. It doesn’t fit neatly into insurance boxes or outdated therapeutic structures. It doesn’t happen through insight alone. I structure my practice around these realities. I work with how healing actually happens: through experiences that build new pathways for clarity, strength, and enduring change.
ifs.
I integrate Internal Family Systems (IFS), a depth-oriented model with a growing research base — designed for the places where cognitive strength, grit, and willpower have carried you far, but deeper shifts still remain just out of reach.
It isn’t about just “figuring it out” or just avoiding the spiraling patterns you already understand. It's about leaning into those invisible patterns that keep shaping your life — even when you see them, even when you’ve adapted around them, even when you’ve succeeded in spite of them. Change here builds differently. It doesn’t come from force. It comes from finally moving with — rather than against — the deeper structures that have been holding your life in place.
It offers a way forward not by fighting yourself, but by working with the deeper intelligence already within you — toward a life that moves with clarity, strength, and confidence.
EMDR.
I integrate SAFE (Somatic and Attachment Focused) Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an evidence-based approach recognized by organizations such as the APA and WHO as a treatment for trauma and PTSD.
EMDR isn’t about erasing the past, assigning blame, or pushing through pain. It's about helping us approach old patterns — allowing growth and healing to integrate and shape in ways that talking or understanding alone often can't reach.
ACT.
I integrate Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), an evidence-based approach within the third wave of cognitive-behavioral therapies — but one that moves beyond symptom management alone.
ACT invites a deeper kind of change: together, we work to create more space between you and the noise of self-criticism, fear, or old patterns — and to help you re-anchor in what truly matters to you.
Rather than aiming only for "better coping," our work focuses on cultivating a more flexible, meaningful life — one where you can move with greater clarity, integrity, and compassion, even in the midst of complexity.

PCIT.
I am a certified provider in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), and a certified trainer through PCIT International to train other therapists toward official certification. PCIT is a gold-standard, evidence-based treatment for strengthening connection, reducing frequent meltdowns, navigating intense emotions, and building healthier patterns of communication and optimal development.
PCIT was created by Dr. Sheila Eyberg in response to what parents were asking for: therapy that didn’t just help children succeed in an office, but helped families transform the patterns at home. PCIT moves beyond the therapy room and into real life — coaching parents in real time, as the moments unfold, to build the skills and relationships that matter most where they matter most.
In PCIT, I work with you live — virtually — following the same structure as traditional PCIT: coaching you through a Bluetooth connection in real time while you interact naturally with your child. This isn’t talk therapy for kids who sit still. It’s built for the children who push back, who move, who struggle most with those they trust most — and for the parents who deserve real support in building a different path forward.
At its core, PCIT isn’t just about behavior. It’s about promoting optimal development — strengthening the patterns that reduce parenting stress and support healthy emotional growth from the inside out.

-
$230
The standard hour to slow down, go deep, and stay with what’s actually happening. I usually recommend starting weekly—just long enough to build safety and traction without rushing. We can always flex from there depending on what you need and what the work calls for.
-
$350
This format allows for a more naturally paced session—whether that’s for trauma work, complex processing, or simply a more spacious way of being heard. Many people grow into preferring this rhythm because of what it allows us to do without interruption.
-
$125
For established clients. A smaller space for when you need something shorter—whether it’s a check-in, a bridge, or just the right size for that day.

This is where the real work begins. Our initial session is an extended, in-depth consultation designed to lay the foundation for everything we build together. It’s where I begin to see the full architecture of your story — your history, your patterns, your strengths, your risks — the forces shaping how you move through your world.
This isn’t just about gathering information. It’s about stepping into the role as your therapist, your psychologist:
holding your whole story across time, protecting what matters most, and building a relationship that sees you across the arc of your growth — not just in the moment.
Together, we dive into the details that matter:
your past, present, and unseen variables; the holistic factors influencing your wellbeing; the strengths and vulnerabilities that will shape our path. From there, I create a treatment plan and clinical recommendations tailored to you — serious, strategic, and responsive to where you've been, where you are, and where you're ready to go.

Not everyone wants ongoing therapy.
Not everyone needs full psychological testing.
Sometimes, what’s needed is something in between — something substantial. This is a one-time, high-level consultation designed for people who want more than a quick intake, and who need informed, thoughtful guidance.
The session itself is two hours, but the work extends beyond our time together — I often spend several additional hours reviewing, synthesizing, and preparing impressions, recommendations, and, when needed, a written summary you can take with you. This consultation is built for those at a crossroads — individuals or families trying to make sense of something complex, seeking clarity, or needing strategic direction to move forward.
