You Don’t Need another coping skill— You need to be…
And when someone is struggling in isolation—armed with nothing but a worksheet or a bullet-point list of skills—it can reinforce the most painful, familiar narrative and lie of all:
“You’re still on your own.”
“It’s all up to you. To fix. To do. Alone.”
We have to do better than that.

When Everything Looks Fine— But Doesn’t Feel That Way
You’ve "made it" by all the usual standards—but something still feels off.
You’re tired, you’ve over-thought it from every angle, and it’s starting to feel crazy-making.
This is often when people find their way to therapy.
Not because they’re broken.
But because something in them knows they deserve more.

It’s OK to take your time.
